Sherman Lee

Sherman Lee is a graduate student at Yale University pursuing an M.A. in International and Development Economics. He completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at the London School of Economics & Political Science, where he worked as a research assistant to Professor Sir Christopher Pissarides, studying the labour market impacts of AI. In 2025, he completed an internship at the Ministry of Education (Singapore), where he researched long-term absenteeism and juvenile delinquency in schools. His research interests lie in the Economics of Education and Microeconomic Theory, specifically in Behavioural Economics and Game Theory. Professionally, he is drawn to being an educator and working on public policy. In his free time, Sherman enjoys pursuing a variety of hobbies, such as learning Spanish and Opera, volunteering with underprivileged youth, and spending time in nature.
