Öykü Bulut is a graduate student pursuing an M.A. in International and Development Economics at Yale University. Prior to Yale, she earned a double major in Economics and Mathematics from Koç University. Her academic interests lie at the intersection of environmental economics, sustainable development, and local development strategies, with a particular focus on how economic policy can support resilient and inclusive communities. Outside of academics, she enjoys photography, outdoor activities, and drawing.
