Irene Ngina

Irene Ngina is a Research Manager Consultant at Yale Inclusion Economics, where she oversees gender-digital projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. She has over 10 years of experience managing complex impact evaluations across multiple countries, including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Fiji, Nigeria, and India.
Previously, she worked with the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) unit and Busara, leading research initiatives on various topics.
Irene holds a master's degree in project planning and management and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communication from the University of Nairobi.
