Hamid Hashimzada
Hamid Hashimzada is a 22-year-old economist from Azerbaijan with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Baku Higher Oil School. He studied at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences in Germany through the Erasmus program, gaining international academic exposure and strengthening his perspective on global economic systems. His core interests lie in social economy, behavioral economics, and finance, with a particular focus on how economic structures influence human decision-making and societal outcomes.
Alongside his academic development, Hamid leads a group of volunteers who initiate various charity campaigns focusing on underprivileged individuals. He is also engaged in research exploring how psychological factors and cognitive biases affect professional judgment under pressure. Hamid is passionate about connecting economic theory with real-world application, especially in designing sustainable, socially impactful business models and sharing practical financial insights with a wider audience.
