Cecilia Mutia is a Research Associate Consultant at Yale Inclusion Economics where she provides research support on projects related to digital empowerment in Kenya. Cecilia has over 6 years of research experience from both government and non-governmental institutions like The Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA), 60 Decibels, among others.
Cecilia holds a Bachelors of Economics and Statistics, and a Masters of Arts in Economics, both of them from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
